The 2-hour Urgent Community Response (UCR) monthly key performance indicators were introduced under the NHS planning guidance for 2022/23.
Publication of these indicators only started recently, and data is currently available for just April and May 2022.
Public View has integrated these indicators, for the benefit of all our customers going forward.
We're sorry we're a month late implementing this metric, but at least you now have 2 months of data already so we can plot a trend chart. And everyone needs a holiday now and then.
